Monthly program:A month block of training is form the first Monday of the month to the last Sunday of a month
Program Delivery:A week of training will be delivery by email by midnight of the Saturday proceeding the Monday that starts your next weekly block of training.
Money Back Guarantee:
Maestro cycles will refund your program coast for new clients if you are not satisfied with your coaching experience within the first 30 days after starting a program. Program setup fee is non-refundable.
Payment policy:Monthly payment due date is the 20th of the month preceding the program month. Maestro Cycles accept checks, money orders and payment by PayPal.
Injury or Illness:If you have injuries or illnesses that keep you off the bike for an extended amount of time, Maestro Cycles will put your program on hold and all money paid from the start of the injuries or illness to the end of the month will be put aside and used to off set your payment, when you start back on the program.
Program Cancellation:Your program can be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks notice. Money paid will be prorated and refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
