If you are comfortable with our first interactions and want to move forward you can secure my services with a non-refundable deposit of $30.00. You can then download the athlete profile.
After I have reviewed your athlete profile and worked up an overview of your program, I will email the overview of your training program for you to see. We will be in contact with each other through the whole process. You then will start to receive weekly brocks of training.
